Community and Social Impact Policy

TD & Partners Global is committed to making a positive contribution to the communities connected to our work, particularly in Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom. We approach social impact with humility and honesty.

We contribute through our work with mission-led organisations, through sharing knowledge and insight, and through the way we operate. We prioritise genuine contribution over grand claims.

We support NGOs, social enterprises and institutions with digital and advisory solutions shaped around mission and impact, as described in our capabilities. We aim for work that strengthens rather than distracts from purpose.

Where we can, we share knowledge, capability and insight that helps organisations and communities strengthen their own work. We are mindful not to create dependency.

We do not claim social-impact results we have not measured or verified. We describe our contribution accurately and avoid exaggerated statements of effect.

Where we run or support community programmes, we design them with clear purpose, respect for participants, and a plan for review. We do not use community engagement for marketing without consent and genuine purpose.
