Our approach to responsible business.
We aim to operate with the same standards we recommend to clients — honest, considered and accountable.
Our Approach to Responsible Business
We believe advisory and technology firms should hold themselves to the same standards they recommend to clients — operating with honesty, care and accountability.
Digital Inclusion
We support efforts to make digital systems, skills and opportunities more accessible — recognising that digital exclusion limits opportunity.
Support for Mission-Led Organisations
Where we can, we support NGOs, social enterprises and institutions with digital systems and advisory shaped around mission rather than margin.
Ethical Technology
We design systems to be maintainable, accessible and respectful of the people who use them — and we are candid about what technology can and cannot solve.
Environmental Responsibility
We are conscious of the environmental footprint of digital systems and aim to make considered, efficient choices in what we build and host.
Future Commitments
As the firm grows, we intend to formalise our responsible-business commitments with measurable, verifiable reporting — not claims.
Specific programmes we support
Connected Futures Kit
Connected Futures Kit Trust is a Zimbabwe-based charitable initiative working to reduce digital exclusion in rural schools and communities. Its rural-first model combines shared connectivity, access to devices and practical digital skills to help underserved communities participate more fully in education, information and the digital economy.
More than access to technology.
The initiative is designed for low-resource environments where connectivity, devices and digital capability must be developed together. Rather than relying on one-off technology donations, the model combines community access, foundational learning and local capacity building to support longer-term participation.
Shared internet access and community Wi-Fi infrastructure designed to extend digital access in underserved areas.
Access to appropriate digital equipment for learning, communication and practical community use.
Foundational digital-literacy training supported by locally developed digital champions.
Our involvement
TD & Partners Global supports programme delivery as one of the initiative's implementing partners, working within a broader network of community, delivery and technical partners.
Tariro Youth Development Trust served as the local implementation partner for the Zaka pilot, supporting community engagement and local delivery.
The initiative welcomes organisations interested in sponsoring communities, donating devices, volunteering expertise or co-funding digital-inclusion programmes.
Zaka, Zimbabwe
2023–2024The inaugural programme in Zaka demonstrated how a locally implemented digital-inclusion model could operate in a rural Zimbabwean environment. The pilot combined community connectivity, digital-literacy activity and the development of local digital champions.

One million learners across ten countries.
Connected Futures Kit states an ambition to reach 1,000,000 learners across ten countries by 2030, building a wider network of digitally empowered communities. This is a stated future ambition, not a result already achieved.
