Purpose of this procedure
This procedure explains how to exercise your rights in relation to personal information held by TD & Partners Global, and how to make a complaint about how we handle that information. It is designed to be simple to use and accessible to all individuals.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, complain about data handling, or ask a general privacy question. We will explain which rights apply to your situation when you contact us.
How to make a request
You can make a request through our online Privacy Request form, by email, or by post. You do not have to use a particular form, but using the form helps us respond more quickly. You will be asked to confirm your identity so we can locate your information and protect the security of others.
What we need from you
To help us handle your request, please provide your full name, email, country, your relationship to TD & Partners Global, the type of request, a description of what you need, any relevant dates, and your preferred response method. You may optionally upload a supporting document. We will only use this information to verify your identity and process your request.
Acknowledgement and response
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 30 days and to respond without undue delay, while preserving any other applicable statutory rights and timelines. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may take longer, in which case we will inform you of the reason and the expected timeframe within the applicable period.
Identity verification
To protect your information, we verify identity before providing access to personal data or making changes. We may ask for additional information reasonably required to confirm your identity. We will not use identity-verification information for any other purpose.
Refusing or limiting a request
We may need to limit or refuse a request where it is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or would adversely affect the rights of others, or where an exemption applies. Where we do so, we will explain the reasons and inform you of your right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can investigate. You can submit a complaint through our Privacy Request form or by writing to our privacy contact. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and aim to resolve it without undue delay.
Supervisory authorities
If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner’s Office; in Zimbabwe the relevant authority is POTRAZ. We will provide you with reasonable information to help you exercise this right.
Confidentiality
Information you provide through this procedure is treated as confidential and is accessible only to authorised internal users responsible for handling privacy requests and complaints. Supporting documents are not made public.
Review
We review this procedure regularly to ensure it remains clear, proportionate and compliant. The effective date and version are shown on the policy page.
