Our commitment

TD & Partners Global is committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights and to working against modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. This is a voluntary commitment and principles statement.

02

Not a statutory statement

This commitment is not a statutory Modern Slavery Statement. We do not imply that TD & Partners Global or any underlying legal entity is legally required to publish such a statement, which in the United Kingdom is generally linked to organisations carrying on business in the UK with annual turnover of £36 million or more. If a formal statutory statement becomes necessary and is approved through the proper governance process, we will publish it as a dated annual report rather than silently converting this commitment.

03

Respect for human rights

We support the principles in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and we seek to respect these principles in our operations.

04

Forced labour, child labour and human trafficking

We do not use forced labour, child labour or human trafficking in any form, and we work to ensure these practices are not present in our supply chain. We expect our suppliers to uphold the same standards.

05

Fair and lawful working practices

We are committed to fair and lawful working practices, including paying at least applicable legal minimums, respecting working-time protections, and providing safe working conditions.

06

Supplier expectations

Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the human-rights and labour standards we expect of suppliers. We consider modern-slavery risk in our supplier relationships where appropriate.

07

Risk awareness

We recognise that modern-slavery risk can be present in many sectors and supply chains. We approach this with humility, aware that our understanding of risk will develop over time. We do not claim due-diligence outcomes we have not achieved.

08

Reporting concerns

Anyone who suspects modern slavery or human-rights abuse in our operations or supply chain should raise it through our Speak Up and Whistleblowing Policy. We take such reports seriously and investigate them.

09

Future due diligence

As our firm grows, we intend to develop our due-diligence practices in relation to modern-slavery risk. We will be transparent about our progress rather than overstating it.

10

Review

We review this commitment regularly. The effective date and version are shown on the policy page.
