Our expectations
TD & Partners Global expects its suppliers and business partners to share our commitment to integrity, responsible business and respect for people and the environment. This Code sets out the standards we expect.
Integrity and compliance
Suppliers must conduct business with integrity, comply with applicable law, and not engage in bribery, corruption, fraud or other financial crime, as reflected in our own anti-bribery and anti-fraud policies.
Human rights and labour
Suppliers must respect human rights, provide fair and lawful working conditions, and not use forced or child labour, in line with our Human Rights and Modern Slavery Commitment. They must not discriminate unlawfully.
Health and safety
Suppliers must provide safe and healthy working conditions and meet applicable health-and-safety requirements.
Environmental responsibility
Suppliers are expected to act responsibly toward the environment, consistent with our Environmental and Sustainability Policy, and to seek to reduce negative environmental impact where reasonably practicable.
Confidentiality and data
Suppliers must protect confidential information and personal data they handle on our behalf, in line with our Global Privacy Notice and Information Security Statement, and use it only for proper purposes.
Conflicts and gifts
Suppliers must manage conflicts of interest transparently and must not offer or accept gifts or hospitality that could improperly influence judgement.
Sub-contracting
Where suppliers sub-contract significant elements of work for us, they remain responsible for ensuring their sub-contractors meet these standards.
Monitoring and consequences
We may monitor compliance through discussion, review and assessment where appropriate. Serious or unaddressed breaches may lead to termination of the relationship.
Raising concerns
Suppliers are encouraged to raise concerns about wrongdoing through our Speak Up and Whistleblowing Policy. We protect those who raise concerns in good faith.
Review
We review this Code regularly. The effective date and version are shown on the policy page.
